Fran Repka

Fran A. Repka, RSM, Ed.D., psychologist is Executive Director of Mercy Professional Services.  Mercy professional Services provides individual and family counseling to those in need of emotional healing regardless of color, creed, or ability to pay.  Since its founding in 1995 by Dr. Repka, the Center has provided 67,000 contact hours and many more service hours, primarily to the poor and underserved in the Cincinnati community.  These services have helped to strengthen family life by decreasing violence, depression, anxiety and the stress that accompanies poverty.  As a result, the life of the community has also been enhanced. Fran earned her doctorate from the University of Cincinnati and taught for many years at the Athenaeum of Ohio.
